The majority of this writing has been posted before by other writers, but has been either edited (somewhat poorly) or annotated by Frank Kusumoto in the hopes that this extended format, chronological ordering, editing and annotating will help more fully explicate and more cohesively present this deck type in full. It is also hoped that this will more fully show how deck types have evolved and changed with the environment through the last year.
