Weedwhacker Deck: Taniwha's Revenge

This deck is intended for March 1997 Type 2 rules.  This is a fairly
viable deck based on efficient Phasing creatures that can be kept in play
with Spatial Binding.  With a good draw, you can have 3 big phasing
creatures out by turn 5, and just smash the opponent.
