Subject: Team Dickhead results at PT Long Beach! From: "Brian Hacker" Date: 1997/03/06 Hello all, Without the permission of my fellow dickhead members, I will attempt to report the results of our team. For those of you who don't know us, we are Truc Bui, John Yoo, Jason Zila, and Brian Hacker (myself). For the third straight pro tour tourny we collected the number one seed, Truc Bui. In addition, we landed two people in the final eight for the second straight PT. Not bad for a bunch of west coast scrubs! Jason Zila had the worst pro tourny in recent memory that started with him seated between Javier Garavito and Shaun Fleischman and it got worse from there. Oh well. I, Brian Hacker, had a great first day, but lost my sixth match vaulting me from a top 16 finish to a mediocre 36th. Oh well. At least I had good company, eh Hammer? Truc Bui was the number one seed after the second day, but couldn't get lucky in the final eight. It's too bad that that no mana-tapping, clearly cheating, wake of vultures for nothing Mike Long-befriending, lucky s.o.b. couldn't get wasted earlier. :> (Hope nobody takes me seriously here) John Yoo, the feature of Worth Wolpert complaints earlier avenged me by beating him to enter the final eight of his second straight limited PT. Another semi had John mana screwed and so he went down in flames again. Once again, It's too bad that that no mana-tapping, clearly cheating, wake of vultures for nothing, Mike Long-befriending, lucky s.o.b. couldn't get wasted earlier. :> (Hope nobody takes me seriously here either) So a semifinalist, a quarterfinalist, and a top sixty-four for us. Glad we could bring a little "west-coast flavor" to the Boat. Congrats Tommy, Chris, Alan, Brian and John. Good luck everyone, and we will see you in Paris. Chill till the next episode, Brian Hacker
