Working along the tradional Capsize look lines I have come to a conclusion of
Playing this deck.  I have lost almost no games playtesting it around NY.  The
Black is VERY strong.

        4 Quicksands

Counters/Denial/Disruption
        4 Memory Lapse(Stronger than you think)
        4 CounterSpells
        4 Dismiss
        2 Capsize
        2 Man O' War
        2 Nevy's Disk
        3 Lobotomy

Deck Manipulation
        4 Impulse
        2 Wispers of the Muse
        4 Ophidian

Finisher
        1 Air Elemental

Side Board
        3 Chill
        4 Perish
        2 Suq'ata Fire Walker
        2 Mist Knigh
        2 Capsize
        1 Rainbow Effreet(Takes place of Air Elemental If there is a lot of creature
kill)
I am thinking of going with a Bend/hack card to take care of boils/choke etc.
not sure thought any siggestions?

The Deck Gets a card advantage until It looks with capsize.  Strangely it is
more effective then it looks to be.  Any Comments and Suggestions would be
appreicated.
