Here is my Propaganda Lockdown Deck:

The point of this deck is to lock the opponent down with counterspells,
propagandas, and the winter orb. Eventually you bring out a Rainbow
Efreet and beat the opponent down. This deck has had good results, and
crushes white, black weenie, and stompy. It also destroys decks with
moderate amounts of creatures and dismantles other counterspell decks
with the orb. However, the deck has significant trouble with 5 color
green and burn/sligh(hence the anti-red sideboard). One possible
solution is to put the Firewalkers straight in the deck.(I sideboard
them in almost every game I play.) To do this I would take out an
ophidian and either an impulse or quicksand, depending on the situation.
