Subject: Turbo Time Warp (U/G)

I saw someone playing this deck in a T1.5 tournament and it was fairly
effective.. I've attempted to modify it for type 2. In order to get
infinite turns you have to prismatic lace 2 of their permanents
(preferably land) black, then once you have 1 reap in the graveyard you
time warp and then reap for a reap and a time warp and repeat until you
can kill them with a man' o war or the hippos. I don't know how much
potential this deck actually has on the tournament scene, but its still
pretty fun to be able to never have your opponent have a turn.
