I can't believe I have only seen one Millstone Urza's combo deck, but
here's mine
3 Planar Voids
4 Grindstones
4 Mana Leak
4 Forbid
4 Counterspell
1 Annul
1 Lobotomy
3 Stalking Stones
4 Nevinnyral's Disk
4 Terror (1 must be Beta <grin> )
4 Legacy's Allure
4 Propoganda
1 Arcane Laboratory

Sideboard

2 Douse
2 Gloom
1 Eastern Paladin (the ones that kill green, I know, Perish is better,
but the creature is a surprise)
2 Hibernation
2 Thalakos Drifters (fat, and possibly shadow)
2 Energy Flux (I know this is weird, but Cursed Scrolls, Processors, etc
are bad)
2 Dread of Night
2 Sleight of Mind (Pro black is bad)

The deck is pretty simple, you got turn 1 Grindstone or Planar Void,
turn 2 Grindstone or Planar Void, then Counter, Counter, Terror,
Propoganda till you win.

This deck has beaten Counter Phoenix regularly, has trouble against
Suicide Black, but beats Tradewind as well (Just Annul Awakening,
counter Tradewind)
The Annul can be used to Counter turn 1 Grindstone, if you get to go
first...
