Subject: Mind Over Genious [DECK] Date: Thu, 08 Oct 1998 01:51:52 +0300 From: Internet Channel To: fkusumot@ix.netcom.com MIND OVER GENIOUS Well here is our first submission to the dojo (maybe the first from our country Greece) ,even though we 've been reading it for about one year.I 'd like to post a deck with US cards that I think is going to be really powerful .So here is the deck: Artifacts (13) 4 mox diamond (for speed ,it's artifact ) 3 scroll rack (to find what you need quickly or after a small stroke) 3 mana vault (fast mana ,artifact ,and can be also used instead of the academy ) 3 howling mine (cheap card drawer ,artifact too) Blue (23) 4 mind over matter (combo part 1) 4 stroke of genious (combo part 3) 4 tolarian winds (discard what u don't need ,find what u do) 4 time spiral (what can i say??? ) 4 counterspell (protect the stroke) 3 memory lapse (same as counterspell) Lands (24) 4 tolarian academy (combo part 2 ) 20 islands So here how it works.......... The main idea of the deck is to use MoM to constantly discard cards to untap the academy (or mana vault) so that you get lots and lots of mana to cast a stroke of genious for about 100 to your opponent which most of the times will make you win the duel : ).The rest of the deck is to generate the combo as fast and as reliable as it can .Some people call this deck "new bloom".
