Subject: deck idea Date: Wed, 08 Jul 1998 02:38:01 -0400 From: mike kristufek To: fkusumot@ix.netcom.com hey, mr. kusumoto: my friend jim and i have been playing around with some of the newer cards. our goal was to find a good use for the jackalope herd. this is what we came up with. it is type II, and we would appreciate if you'd post this. we think it's good. it's only lost one game. the "jackaclysm" (g/w) 4 cataclysm-- clincher 4 jackalope herd-- big critter 4 marble diamond-- artifact mana 3 tithe-- thins deck out, and good for peace of mind in the late game 4 wild growth-- enchantment mana 2 peace of mind-- real life gain power 2 sylvan libraries-- look ahead for what you want 4 wall of roots-- lets the armodon live, critter mana 4 endangered armodon-- big critter 2 disenchant-- obvious 4 bottle gnomes-- life gain is good 2 gaea's blessing-- recursion is good 1 mirri, Cat Warrior-- we thought she was too cool to pass over Land to taste ok, the concept is when you cataclysm to make everything you keep produce mana. your opponent is most likely gonna be screwed, so on the next turn, you drop a big creature (armodon, or the jackalope that just bounced back to your hand from the cataclysm). well, send me some criticism. if you gonna tell me somethin sux, explain why. thanx. jim rockney mike kristufek --team NDC--
