Frank,

     Poor Man's Red ( PMR ) is the red deck that I have been playing.  It has
taken second in 2 sactioned type 2 tornuments.  Only losing to Godzilla, and
trhe side board of a Counter Sliver deck.  First, I'll post the deck, then
continue.

4x  Mogg Fanatic
4x  Goblin Vandal
4x  Mogg Flunkie
4x  Suq'ta Lancer
4x  Kindle
4x  Shock
4x  Incinerate
4x  Fireblast
4x  Scalding Tongs
3x  Earthquake

4x  Quicksand
17x  Mountain

This deck has yet to lose to another Sligh deck, and I doubt that it would.
With 12 "bolt" spells, Fanatics, Quicksands, and 3 Earthquakes, I can remove
thier creatures almost everytime.  And, I laugh when my opponent goes turn 1
Pup.  That means I go turn 2 Incinerate, Shock, or Kindle.  Pups are bad, yes,
Pups are very bad.  On one occasion, my opponent playes turn 1 Pup, turn 2, he
played 2 Pups.  I then cast a turn 3 2 point Earthquake, and watched as he
sucked 8 damage.  This deck can withstand a hell of a lot, and I think it
should be put up for consideration for Decks To Beat.  Comments, praises, and
