This is something a friend of mine put together.  Feel free to make any
changes.  We don't have a huge number of cards to work with, since we live
in a small town with no card shops within 40 miles. Consequently,
everything's pretty limited here.  So, if a side note states "More is
Better," it's because we don't have any more than are listed.
