Here is a deck inspired by Zvi Mowshowitz's "Bad Rares" article.  I
would also like to thank him for several suggestions on card choice.

Well here it is.  I would appreciate any further comments or suggestions
that anyone might have.

As for the sideboard, it is still quite up in the air.  I have been
debating running Power Sink instead of Counterspell but so far strait
counter has been more useful in more situations.
