Dear Frank,
         Here's a deck that I put together when I was trying to find a use for
my Shard Pheonix.  I had recenly played an en-Kor/Maniac deck, and though it
did rather pourly, I saw that there was some great potential in the basic
idea.
          After about a week of tuning and testing, and scrambling for some of
the better cards,  I finally have a deck that I think can win more often than
not.  So, with out further ado, here is my deck: THE MANIAC

RED:

2 Incinerate

3 Mogg Maniac
1 Pyroclasm
1 Shard Pheonix
1 Shock

WHITE:

3 Disenchant
1 Flikering Ward
2 Freewind Falcon
4 Nomads en-Kor
1 Order of the White Shield
2 Shaman en-Kor
1 Soltari Champion
1 Soltari Emissary
1 Soltari Lancer
3 Soltari Monk (I have no Priests and these stop those Black Slayers)
2 Soltari Trooper
4 Warrior en-Kor

1 Gemstone Mine
1 Scabland
8 Mountians
10 Plains

   While it is obviose that it still needs a lot of work, I was hoping for
some help from the "Masters of Magic" that so often grace this wonderful site
