5color sliver

in alot of recent playing i have seen alot of sliver decks and to be 
honest i thought most of them sucked they usally contained most of 
the tempest slivers who were complete shit if they were alone and 
the uncastable sliver queen

the version i have made  all slivers are effective creatues if they 
are out indepentantly it also contains 8 creatue removal spells as
well as  2 lhurgoyfs
