I knew I would eventually find a use for Paradim Shift! The lock is rock hard if you can get it out. The Mana Webs surprisingly work well with the Winter Orbs. MANA LEAK RULEZ!!!!!!!!!! I replaced a Capsize with a Mind Games and I forgot what came out for the other. Anyhoo, use the Shif late...yadda yadda yadda.... only use artifact mana for Grindstone....yadda yadda yadda....ENOUGH LECTURE! On to the deck! Winning 1x Grindstone 1x Rainbow Efreet =2 Grindstone isn't always reliable due to the presence of Gaea's Blessing. Just incase I have the Efreet. Counters 4x Counterspell 4x Mana Leak =8 Mana Leak is 10 times better than Dismiss in this deck, PERIOD. Counterspells are just essential. The Lock 4x Propaganda 2x Pendrell Mists 3x Mana Web 3x Winter Orb 2x Mind Games 2x Capsize =16 Very strong with Mind Games. It's cheeper than Capsizing your Winter Orb so the Capsizes may just come out soon. Board Manipulation 4x Quicksand 1x Wastelands =5 Both solid cards that can help alot or just sit providing colorless mana. Either way an asset. Library Manipulation 4x Impulse 1x Whispers of the Muse =5 Just very strong cards for ANY blue deck. Mana Sources/CC Decreasers 15x Island 3x Sky Diamond 4x Mind Stone 2x Sapphire Medallion =24 (+ Quicksand and Wastelands = 29) Kind overkill but it works well. Mind Stones are great for extra card advantage with alot of artifact mana on the board. ___________ =60 Total The SB is still in the works. All in all a strong deck.
