Subject: How Bazaar - T2 Deck Date: Thu, 12 Mar 1998 11:57:22 -0600 (CST) From: c722500@showme.missouri.edu To: fkusumot@ix.netcom.com Remember Bazaar of Wonders? That fun little card from Mirage that nobody uses? Well, I came up with a deck idea that guarantees your opponent to say "Uh... you're using that?" Here it is, affectionately called "How Bazaar". 4 Bazaar of Wonders 4 Bone Dancer /* Pulls stuff out of their graveyard, they still can't cast it */ 3 Nekrataal /* Creature removal, Bone Dancer bait */ 3 Dauthi Mindripper /* Hard to block, discard */ 3 Necratog /* Gets creatures out of your graveyard so you can cast them again */ 3 Diabolic Edict 2 Dark Banishing 3 Coercion 2 Stupor 4 Counterspell 2 Dismiss 2 Mana Leak 2 Phyrexian Furnace /* Remove stuff from your graveyard */ 3 Ebony Charm /* Remove stuff from your graveyard, maybe make Bone Dancer unblockable */ 2 Mortuary /* Your creatures never touch the grave */ 8 Swamp 8 Island 2 Volrath's Stronghold /* Non-counterable, removes creatures from the graveyard */ Basically, you want to keep your stuff out of the graveyard and put their stuff in it. Only real drawback is that if you lose the Bazaar, when you play the next one all the stuff in their graveyard leaves again, so all your progress is for naught. And thanks to Prosp-Bloom, Propa-Orb, and Orim's Prayer-Humility, you are probably going to see some anti-enchantment. Aura of Silence will be a big pain in the yazoo. Also, this deck sucks in multi-player, because once you drop that Bazaar, you become the asshole. It's almost as bad as dropping a Worb. So quick, use Bazaar of Wonders while you still can in a Type 2 deck. Or just use them for B-B gun target practice like everybody else does.
