Frank used to be as regular as clockwork about updating it every day, and the only time daily updates weren't occurring he would have an excuse on the front page, like "I'm on vacation from X to Y." It's gotten slowly but steadily worse, to the point where it is now: almost completely un-maintained. This is very typical life cycle of a single-user-maintained web site. A flurry of TLC, and less so over time; it's human nature really. The Heroes of Might and Magic II Bible web site went through exactly what The Dojo is going through. I know, because I was the maintainer. Days after days of people sending you submissions, asking you questions you don't have time to answer, really grind on you. Frank has had alot more patience than I had; I lasted probably less than a year before my site became un-maintained dreck. Most important it remember, it's a volunteer effort. It takes alot of time. Especially if Frank was to become a content editor as you'd like him to be, rather than just filing submissions off into appropriate categories. If we could organize a situation where Frank was properly paid for his troubles, I would gladly be a customer of his services. My suggestion is he officially make the Dojo his second job, if not his first. Make The Dojo a subscriber only site, get 500 people to send $5 a month, and give people a product they'll be willing to pay for. It's not currently in that state.
