        And now for something completely different,

        This is my first attempt at a dojo article, I hope it is useful to
someone. As a "social" player attempting to work their way on to the
tournament scene I am disheartened by Ms. Nicoloff's article. I have only
played in 5 actual tournaments, (a Mox series, with a Lotus for most points
at the end.) Although all of my opponents were sportsmanlike, my friends
encountered bothersome parasite types in their matches. People who trash
talked, complained about how crappy their opponent's deck was after they
lost, and people who made you de sleeve just to piss you off. (This was
quite angering to some of my friends during the Type I tournament.)  I hope
to attend the Ohio state championship's on November 14th, it is my true
hope that I have a lot of fun. People need to remember this is a game and
you are supposed to play it for fun. This is not say I don't want to win. I
love winning, but not at the expensive of my dignity. I guess what I am
saying is, can't we all just get along? Hopefully all the cheater's, sore
losers, and trash talker's will remember why they started playing this
game. To have fun (Hopefully).

Just a reminder, if you never lose you never learn.
