Dear Sirs,
(Wizards UK, Peter Adkinson, Mark Rosewater, Wizards Customer Services
and the Magic Dojo to be posted as an open letter)

I am writing to voice my opinion on some of the changes to 6th edition,
namely:

1. No more interrupts.

2. No more Damage Prevention Phase.

3. No more Mana Pool.

4. Tapped artifacts will function normally. (A tapped Winter Orb will
still be turned on and have its normal effect.)

I had heard about this previously and thought it was just a bad joke.
If you really intend to make these changes I would urge you to change
your mind.  The portalisation of magic has gone too far already with bad
card wording (what was wrong with bury anyway???) and truely poor
cartoony artwork.  Please please please LEAVE IT ALONE!!!

I would like you to address this:

WHAT RIGHT DO YOU HAVE TO DO THIS?

Do you have any public support whatsoever?  I havn't heard a single
person support this, EVERYONE I have spoken with about it thinks these
changes (ESPECIALLY NO MORE INTERRUPTS) are horrendous.  We have been
loyal customers for many years and do not expect to have this sort of
thing done to us after the game has been established for so long.  If
they changed the rules of chess allowing the king to move up to 3
squares in any direction, and added another row of squares between the
two players there would be uproar!

LEAVE IT ALONE.

If these changes go through I will seriously reconsider whether or not I
want to play magic any more...  I can barely afford your horrendous
prices as it is.  Raising the price of boxes was just very nasty, I may
well find this the final straw.
