Subject: Publish DEcklists! Date: Thu, 25 Jun 1998 07:58:33 -0700 From: "Matthew T. Zbrog" To: fkusumot@ix.netcom.com I am responding to Dorian Anders letter, "Don't Publish Deck Lists." When I came to the dojo, i thought i knew alot about Magic. But I was still a scrub. I didn't know much. I had a deck, a jorael's centaur empyrial armor deck. It didn't work! When i came to the DOjo, I was overwhelmed at all the info. I read every tourney report! I never copied one deck. Sure I copied the ideas, but I always added something of mine. I am now proud to say I am not a scrub anymore. I may be 12, but thanks to the dojo, I have beaten numerous opponents 3x my age. Not becase I copied decks, not because of a lack of creativity, because of the dojo's unique ability to spread the meta game. And also, new decks always win big tournaments! OLd decks never make it. The dojo does not ruin the game, it pushes scrubs in the right direction towards erm....um, non-scrub dom. matt
