OK WOTC--listen up--

The solution for this problem is simple. Wotc needs to establish a
professional group for all major tournaments whose sole responsibility is to
observe and prevent cheating.  I am a 21 dealer in a casino in Reno NV.  We
have observation teams that watch all games at all times by camera.  These
individuals are skilled at spotting any sort of card manipulation, marking
or other suspicious behavior.  Considering the amount of cash at risk at
your average Pro Tour, wouldn't it be prudent to have a surveillance group
at these events?

Moreso, the penalties for cheating need to border on the Draconian.  You
cheat once, you are banned for a year. You cheat again you are banned for
life.

Magic as an intellectual sport will die unless some action is taken here.
If not, the best cheater wins (and apparently his name is Mike Long).
