  Dear sirs ...

  I think by now that you at Wizards of the Coast and DCI realize how
outraged the Magic scene is. Blatant cheating has become a nuisance in
your beloved game.  A crime that goes without punishment and is paid
with a pat on the back; cash prices.  You can not allow this to
escalate.
  Some response on your behalf is required.
  I believe that I speak for all players, when I sincearly ask you to
appoint some people to come up with a way to handle cheating.  Bestow
enough power and confidence on your judges so a disqualification, in
severe cases, or a game loss at the least, is not only an option but the
right way to inflict punishment upon those who cheat.
  I want to see this pursued, I am asking to see this punished, I demand
to see this solved.
