Subject: [Issues] Consistency in rulings

I, as well as many other people, have recently begun noticing a distinct lack
of consistency in making rulings on the Pro level. While I haveonly witnessed
one of these events (Crosby vs. Watcher, and I didn't know what was going on),
I have heard the complete stories from many eye-witnesses and they're always
the same: JUSTICE IS NOT BEING SERVED. Every major event, something occurs,
such as Schneider vs. Lang at Grand Prix-Atlanta, Crosby stalling on Watcher
at the Junior Super Series, and Long's recent cheating in Nationals. Neither
time was the proper ruling made, and both times the penalty was MUCH less than
should have been given. This is the main problem with Pro Magic. If any of
these times the offender had been some non-name player out to make a name for
himself, he would have easily been given a warning in the first case, at least
a warning in the second, and a definite ejection in the third. Why does this
matter? It is definitely discrimination against the less-known players. And
why do we only hear about this on the Pro level? Easy: only on the Pro Level
do the judges know the players well enough to get away with being easy on
them, and yet still look like they're doing their job. My suggestion? Give
Long Level IV Certification and reject any resignation from him. Good
riddance.
