Well whether it's Long or any other "well known" rulebreaker, WOTC, DCI and the
various big-tourney judges know by now that this stuff happens.  Frequently.

Hey, Brian Hacker is right.  At this point we gotta realize the Powers That Be
are just not going to crack down on cheating.  We can complain about the
situation 'till we're blue in the face ... or just recognize the fact that
Magic is not like Golf (call your own fouls, gentleman's rules) but Football --
cheating is a calculated part of the game, and if you get caught, take a small
penalty and keep on playing.

Personally I value my integrity and personal self-worth more than any cash
prize so I'm going to stay on the up-and-up.  But I recognize that is not the
case with some of my opponents, and the situation is not going to change.
