It's really a shame that the Pro Circuit for Magic is turning into a bunch of people who would do anything to win...but then again look at the rest of the world. We watch professional sports figuires cheating, doing drugs, getting arrested and getting away with almost murder (well lets not bring up OJ...oops.) As far as my tournament experience goes, I have played in mulitple PTQ's, a couple of Midwest Regionals, a bunch of Origins tourneys and god knows how many smaller tourneys all over the country. And I have found that people are cheating from the bottom of the ladder to the top. And it's so pathetic, pathetic that it's going on and hasn't been stopped. When will Wizards/DCI step in and stop it? Here's an idea for you, how about when someone gets caught cheating. 1st Offense: Removal from that tournament. 1 Suspention Warning 2nd Offense: Removal from that tournament. Suspention from DCI Events for 6 months 3rd Offense: Removal from that tournament. Expulsion from the DCI. May not participate in any DCI sacntioned events for 1 year. I know that this type of thing will never fall into place, especially for the bigger named players, but who cares...it's time for a house cleaning....get some balls Wizards.
