        MA States was an 89-person tournament, taking place at Your
Move Games in Somerville.  The final 8:

3. Geoff Willard (Tolarian Blue)
4. Chad Ellis (Tradewind/Geddon)
5. Mike Gilmore (Sligh)
6. Kevin Fuller (Tradewind/Geddon)
7. Brian Lynch (Tolarian Blue)
8. Matthew Rauseo (CounterPhoenix)

        Ultimately, these matchups went precisely as one would predict
(obviously the two mirror matches were anyone's game):

        With Tradewind/Geddon quickly getting eliminated and the
troika of Sligh beats CounterPhoenix beats Tolarian Blue beats
Sligh being maintained.

        For the tournament as a whole, the deck distribution looked

        Strangest match had to be the semifinal mirror match with
