I´m decided to post my deck the day before the tourney. (In case I win :) ) If you wanna know the SB please ask after weekend. Here it is: MORE COMMENTS AT THE BOTTOM: blue: 4 Impulse (draw and air) red: 1 Hammer of Bogarden (killer nr2 + creature denial) 3 Incinerate (creature denial + killer nr3) 2 AEther Flash 1 Kaervek´s Torch (killer nr1 + creature denial) green: 4 Rampant Growth (this deck is 4 colored right mana early is essential) 4 Gaea`s Blessing (recycle and air) white: 4 Abeyance (air, early speed and against counterspells) 4 Gerrard´s Wisdom (must get lives back after the slow start) 2 Disenchant (a must! You never know what to expect) 3 Afterlife (good creature denial for big creatures and with Aether Flash well..., and Prot red is hard) Gold: 4 Savage Twister (with Amber Prison and to sweep up after afterlife) Artifact: 3 Amber Prison (set up the Savage Twister and artifacts??) 1 Thran Tome (must have more card advantage and with gerrards its really great, beside you can always gaea´s stuff back into the deck ) Land: 2 Grasslands (important to get right mana and especially forest) 2 Mountain Valley (-"-) 1 Island (rampant) 2 Forest (grass, valley no need for many just 1 for gaea´s and early rampant growth) 4 Mountain 4 Plains 4 Undiscovered (4 colored and good with wisdom) 1 Gemstone Mine (there´s not enough permanent mana in the deck so no more than one) The Idea: The idea breaks down in 2 major parts. 1. Good consistent draw. 1.1. Air, the deck got 12 card (abeyance, gaea´s, impulse). This will allow me to draw the key card depending what I´m playing against. 1.2. Gaea´s blessing is real nice in midgame you have played some lands (50%) and you want the good cards back like Impulse, Gaea´s and specific cards depending on what my opponent plays. 2. Anti creature. 2.1 The miviwl enviroment tend to be heavily packed with creatures. So if you are able to have alot of creature denial most decks will be beaten. My deck might not be the best anticritter deck in miviwl but its atleast its concept. 2.2 I don´t play critters, this is a great advantage since there´s alot of creatures around and every deck need something to deal with critters like (Nekrataal, Man-o-war, Savage Twister, Pacifism and so fort) these card will be less usuable or even useless. Drawbacks: 1. Many colors, may be and advantage though you get very good cards in sideboard. 2. Slow, It might take time to win and its a tourney. 3. Slow II, Some decks are real fast and I must make it the first 10 rounds after that those speeddecks ought to be under control. 4. Please add some which I´m certain you will find.
