Main deck, there are plenty of ways to kill pro-black (7 to be exact), and great abouts of card advantage with crypt rats and Infernal Tribute (that gets my vote for the best card in Weatherlight). The Shadowbane/Passages serve a dual purpose. First of all, they provide great main deck defence against Strait red burn decks, secondly, it allows you to proform great tricks with your crypt rats! (Hey, I think I'll shaddowbane my rat's damage, and effectively drain life your ass, or I'll protect my rat so I can....rat again next turn!). In playtest against a mono-green deck that was built around Call of the Wild and about 30 creatures, I sat back and slew everything left and right for several games of test. In all games, he "Called" and got a creature at leist 10 times, and on one occasion, "Called" for 16 in one game. No diferece, even with wall-o-roots and elves to sack to protect the meaty creatures! It has also preformed well against burn, as the main deck damage redirection allows me to get set up and start draining. Burn deck hate drains...:) Let me know what you think, My EMAIL in slittle@hotmail.com
