Here is an odd deck that I was working on but it has lots of rough edges
because I haven't worked on it or thought about it in a while.  It isn't
tourney worthy in it's current form but could win a few games due to it's
surprise value.  It will lose to permission that can stop the card drawing.

4xVamperic Tutor
4xInfernal Contract
4xDiabolic Edict
3xHaunting Misery
4xBlood Pet
3xStraw Golem
4xBlack Knight
4xRats of Rath
4xKnight of Stromgald
3-4xDark Ritual
3xProsperity
Swamps and underground rivers

The idea (which you have most likely figured out by now) is to get a vampire
on the board with another creature to act as a Edict buffer and then infernal
contract and prosperity to get a large hand attack for 10-15 then Haunting
Misery for the kill.
If you don't draw the Skyshroud by the 5th or 6th turn just play it like a
weenie deck.
It has a prosperous bllom feel to it as the damage to card ratio is the same.
Obviously not as solid of deck, but if someone works on it they may be able to
win a few games.  The rats of rath bury itself and the vampire to make the
Haunting Misery bigger.  Just a fun deck I thought I would share.
