Here is my necrodeck.  At the moment this is the best standard deck i've
put together.

Creatures:
        Abyssal Specter x 4

        Funeral Charm x 4 (this is the black lightning bolt!!!)

A couple of comments.  First, notice that all of my creatures are
scroll-proof.  Also notice that in an environment where the opponent plays
everything as quickly as possible, he WILL get crushed by a disk (which
takes out his scrolls, too :))  Also notice that the deck performs
surprisingly well against sligh due to the tremendous amount of
life-gaining in the deck.  It beats geddon by killing off all their
creatures.  Why the hell would you geddon unless you had a
creature/artifact mana advantage?  So while they set up for the geddon i
get it out of their hand with all my disruption.  By the time they are
ready for the second one, i've already got a disk out.  The most powerful
synergy of this deck is NOT drain/necro.  It is hand destruction/nevvy
disk.  This is a control deck in the fashion of JPox.  One other note about
the card selection:  unlike most necrodecks, i could care less if they are
playing prot from black.  I've got 2 edicts, 4 gnomes, 4 quicksands, 2
stalking stones (which are really quite good--3/3 is huge in this
environment, and it is also scroll-proof) and more disruption than is
pleasant too look at.  This deck is STRONG.  The only change I might
consider is some way to work Lobotomy into the deck.  It is a TREMENDOUS
card against slow decks like propaorb, and an early lobotomy can save you
from a geddon/other form of unpleasantness.  But I haven't decided yet--if
I wanted to keep my mana curve it would mean taking out Agonizing Memories
(a double time walk in MANY cases!).

My biggest concern about the deck is RU efreet/counterburn.
