This little concoction of mine is an answer to any creature deck. Any! If you play creatures, you may not lose, but you WILL be annoyed! This deck performs well in playtest and will get it's first tournament taste this weekend. I think that it will have trouble with monoblue and Sligh decks, though. Anyway, here's the deck: 2 Gaea's Blessing 2 Vampiric Tutor 3 Incinerate 3 Knight of Stromgald 3 Man-o'-War 3 Nekrataal 3 Shadow Guildmage 3 Wildfire Emissary 4 Diabolic Edict 4 Fallen Askari 4 Kindle 4 Mogg Fanatic 2 Gemstone Mine 2 Quicksand 3 Reflecting Pool 3 Underground River 4 Sulfurous Springs 4 Swamp 4 Undiscovered Paradise Da 'Board: 2 Perish 3 Disenchant 3 Havoc 3 Pyroblast 4 Hydroblast I didn't like going to 4 and 5 colors like that. I tried to keep it Black/Red, but with just those 2 colors I didn't think that I even had a chance against Sligh. This way, I have a chance to board for every color except black, and I don't think that I'll be in too much trouble with that, seeing as how all my control is Blue, Black, or Red. White Weenie doesn't really scare me seeing as how I have 3 Emissaries in the main deck and Havocs in the sideboard. Mail me and tell me what you think.
